Appointments
For first-time clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service. Your appointment time is set aside just for you. If you arrive late for an appointment, your service may have to be shortened as to not infringe on the appointment times of other clients.
Cancellations
To help us achieve excellent service and to better serve you, appointments are recommended. 24-hour cancellation is greatly appreciated.
Gift Certificates
The perfect answer to all your shopping needs. Gift certificates for all services are available in any amount and redeemed at the Friendly Center or Battleground Avenue location. Create your own special packages via fax or phone.
Returns/Exchanges
Please be comfortable with your skin care and make-up purchases. Retail purchases may be EXCHANGED for other items if not satisfied.
Gratuity
Gratuity is a personal choice. When your Service is completed, let us know if you would like to add anything to your check or charge.

American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Personal Check, and Cash. (A $25 service charge will be added to all returned checks).
